Europe's market leader, Porsche Finance Group Hungary, headquartered in Budapest XIII., is currently seeking a new colleague to join the Department of Operational Leasing for the following position:
Customer Care Back Office Team Leader
Your role:
- Inspire and lead the Customer Service Back Office team (11 members)
- Coordinate and supervise the team’s daily tasks
- Take responsibility for the comprehensive and efficient execution of tasks
- Support the Managing Director by preparing decision-making materials
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and handle employee-related matters
- Actively and effectively participate in daily operational tasks (credit assessment, vehicle procurement, lease agreement closure, vehicle sales, penalty management)
- Participates in system development, prepares the specification required for development
- Knows, adheres to and ensure internal policies
Key requirements
- Degree in Economics or Finance (Bachelor's level or higher)
- Proficiency in the English language (level C1 or strong B2 with a focus on business communication) and native speaker in Hungarian
- Leadership experience in Customer Care or Client Relations
- Exceptional communication and efficient problem-solving skills
- User-level proficiency in computer skills, particularly with MS Office
Preferred:
- Experience in operational leasing or banking finance
